If you open an independent restaurant, the odds are already stacked against you. But we took the risk, and opened our first Mama Mimi’s Take ‘N Bake Pizza® restaurant in 2000. Now, seven years, four Restaurants, and years of building a successful business model later, we are embarking on franchising our concept.
