Almost 10 years ago we knew that opening an independent restaurant stacked the odds against us. But we also knew there was a demand for chef-driven recipes with gourmet ingredients, and high quality Italian Food at lower price points than found at dine-in restaurants. So, we took the risk and opened our first MAMA MIMI’S TAKE N BAKE PIZZA® Restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. (The city that offers more pizza “joints” per capita than anywhere in the U.S.)

And, within the first 6 years we won every major pizza baking competition in America. “Pizza of the Year” in Las Vegas, Best Gourmet Pizza in America at the North American Pizza & Ice Cream Show, “Best Vegetarian Pizza”, and “Best Family Friendly” are just a few of the awards. So, after years of planning and preparation, we can now teach our franchisees how to make our Award Winning Pizzas, gourmet salads and lasagnas.

Our business model, systems, procedures, recipes and tools used to increase sales are far more effective and more developed than many restaurant franchise concepts multiple times our size. These tools help to insure your potential success.
