“To Sip? Or to Savor? Now, you don’t have to choose! Pair Mama’s favorites with these wines for a perfectly balanced meal. All you’ll need is an oven and corkscrew.

 

Pizza:

No matter the toppings, Zinfandel makes the perfect pizza partner. Pick up a bottle of Chessman Zinfandel with your made-to-order pie. Not a fan of Zin? Just be sure to avoid full-bodied beverages and opt for a fruitier, medium-bodied wine that’s lightly oaked with moderate tannins.

 

Pasta:

Pair your pasta with a wine fit for its toppings. Mama’s Meatball Pie pasta pairs well with red blends, like La Posta Cocina Tinto. We recommend a refreshing white like the Don Bosco Pinot Grigio with our lighter Mediterranean pasta.

 

Salad:

Just like pasta dishes, be mindful of your salad’s toppings when selecting your wine. We recommend pairing Mama’s Famous Caesar salad with a lightly oaked Chardonnay or dry rosé to balance the richness of our creamy dressing. For Greek Salads, sip on a citrusy white like a Sauvignon Blanc to amplify the dominant feta and olive flavors.
